Earlier in his career, he was Founder & CEO of Proquo, a NAB and Telstra–backed B2B marketplace. He has also been a small business owner in hospitality and an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company’s Chicago office. Ricky began his career as an academic economist at Northwestern University and holds a PhD in Economics from Yale University.
